Shipping

Enjoy our complementary Free shipping on every order within the US. All orders received before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day unless circumstances do not allow. packages may take up to 14 days for delivery.  All shipments are fully insured for your protection.

We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery. Why? Because we know your order is important to you. When you receive your shipping email, you know your order is on its way. We won't deliver to your next door neighbour if you're out and we won't leave it near your door either. To keep your order safe we'll deliver to your delivery address only.

 

Order Tracking Number

Our couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email from 6pm once your order has been collected from our distribution center.

Returns

Please note: We encourage all customers to inspect their packages for damage or signs of tampering upon receipt before signing for the package. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

1)     Tags should remain on each item.

2)     All items must be in their original condition.  This means that items must be in new condition, showing no signs of alteration, usage, sizing, engraving, or damage.

3)     Special orders and closeouts are not eligible for return.

4)     No difference in price will be charged on an exchange for the identical style, should a difference exist.

5)     Bulk and seasonal order returns/exchanges are subject to review.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are subject to the terms of the return policy and are issued at the sole discretion of management.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ultramarinej.com and will let you know the address of out manufacture.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail us before, as we dealing with many manufacture around the world , we have to check the exact address and will let you know.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
