Most items on Ultramarine are sent directly from our network of designers/suppliers—certain suppliers can take a bit longer to arrive than others. Your order(s) may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order.

How are my orders delivered?

We have a pool of own drivers and are cooperating with trusted shipping companies, who will be pleased to deliver your order to your doorstep or any alternative delivery address in your country.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Absolutely! Make sure to enter your preferred shipping address whenever you place an order.

What type of packaging do you offer?

We currently offer our distinct Ultramarine packaging.We plan on offering a variety of packing options such as gift wrapping. Stay tuned and check our website frequently for updates.

I will be out of country on the planned delivery date. Can you hold my order?

Option 1
We can hold your order at our warehouse for up to two weeks maximum. Please contact us at sales@ultramarinej.com to reschedule your delivery date.
Option 2
Alternatively you can designate someone on your behalf to receive the delivery. Please contact our customer care team by emailing sales@ultramarinej.com and make sure to give us all necessary details of the recipient to ensure a smooth delivery process.

To track the status of your current order and delivery status:

Just click the edit icon under each section of your account to change the details. Once you’ve updated them, remember to click ‘Save’. Any changes you make to your account will not affect the details of any orders you’ve already placed.

  2. Click on your name at the top of any page to open the account menu and select Account Information.

  3. Select the Change Password checkbox and fill in the the required fields.

  4. Click Save.
